I’m Aa’isha the girl behind the lens! Let's start from the beginning, I am a lawyer by day and a photographer by eve who is currently based in Leeds. I live with my husband Mohammed and my baby boy Zakariyya. I am originally from good ol’ Manchester and therefore will for ever be a Lancashire girl at heart. My third home however is in London which is where my husband is from so I am frequently in between one of the three cities.
Taking my little mirrorless M50 from one destination to the next blogging my journeys for my personal page on social media cemented my love for taking pictures. From taking portraits of my family and friends to the beautiful landscapes, I became the designated photographer for all our trips.
It was simple! I love to travel, I mean who doesn’t?! Exploring new cities and cultures, meeting new people and of course indulging in glorious food. So my passion for travel is essentially where my photography journey started.

As my love for taking all things pictures had now truly been set within me, I realised I particularly enjoyed taking pictures of moments that could be looked back on to remember the exact moment and feeling at the time of taking that picture. My little M50 then came with me on my visits to family in Manchester and London so that I could take pictures to remember the events that occurred as the visits usually involved a family dinner/party or an event of sort.
My niece would happily oblige to getting some pictures and would pose for such however my nephews on the other hand, now that was a challenge in itself! I can still look back on these today and either laugh or smile at them. It was here I realised I could do this for others in what is one of the most memorable moments of an individual’s life - A wedding! I mean if you’re lucky they usually happen once right?!
